1. Lead Inside Sales team to generate leads and schedule site visits.
2. Train and coach Inside Sales team for effective communication and persuasion.
3. Manage Field Sales team for property visits and deal closures.
4. Set and monitor sales targets for both teams.
5. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation strategies.
6. Provide sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bcom/MBA.
2. Proven sales leadership experience.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
