Responsibilities:

3. Convince customers to schedule site visits through persuasive communication.
4. Follow up with leads promptly and maintain a CRM database.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in phone-based roles.
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, particularly over the phone.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

2. Train and coach Inside Sales team for effective communication and persuasion.
3. Manage Field Sales team for property visits and deal closures.
4. Set and monitor sales targets for both teams.

6. Provide sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Relationship Manager                                                                                          
1. Convert Leads: Turn potential buyers into customers by showing them properties that fit their needs.
2. Generate Leads: Use leads from the marketing team and find new ones yourself through local activities.
3. Site Visits: Take prospects to see properties, answer their questions, and get extra info from the Developer or Developer Relation Team if needed.
4. Follow Rules: Make sure all your work follows company and legal guidelines.
5. Keep Customers Happy: Ensure everyone has a good experience with Vital Space at all stages.
6. After Sales Service: Help customers after they buy, including with getting home loans.

• Present Office Space, Retail Showrooms or Other Properties to prospective Client in a persuasive manner.
• Assist Commercial Office/Retail land Roads in discovering suitable tenants.
• Promote Unoccupied properties through various media & advertising techniques.
• Evaluate Client Requirement & financial properties to make personalized presentations.
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
• Negotiate Leasing terms & complete agreements.
• Keep abreast of the company market status.
• Ensure proper maintenance & inspect properties periodically.
• Searching Vacant Property as per Client need.
